Our services are supplied under our Service Terms and Conditions, available at agdag.com.au/service-terms. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Service Terms and Conditions about the supply of services, the Service Terms and Conditions and your written quote prevail.

3. Service Area

We service Brisbane, Bayside, Moreton Bay, Redlands, Redland Bay, Logan, Ipswich, Scenic Rim, Morayfield, Beachmere, Tamborine, Hope Island and Walloon, and surrounding areas, subject to availability. Contact us to confirm whether we can service your address.

4. Information and Pricing on the Website

• We take care to keep the Website accurate, but information, images, prices and availability may contain errors or be out of date.
• Prices or "from" prices shown on the Website are a guide only and are not an offer. A price is only binding once confirmed in a written quote that you have accepted.
• Images are illustrative. Products supplied may differ in colour, finish or specification.

5. Enquiries, Quote Requests and Bookings

• Submitting a form, calling or messaging us is a request only. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm the date and time with you.
• You must give accurate and complete information, including your contact details, address and a description of the issue.

• No waiver: our failure or delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.
• Governing law: these Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.
